Frequently Asked Questions

Why should we use your Dj service?
When you hire Jpw Productions you not only get a Professional DJ but also a Event coordinator.  You tell what you want and when and we keep things moving on time.

Can we meet with you?
Yes! We prefer meeting with you before your event to go over all the details. We will meet with you at a location that is convenient for you.

The song I want isn't on your list?
The songlist we send out is just a sample of our total libriary of music we have or can get almost any request you have.

How can we reserve your services?
Upon agreement of the event date we require $450 of the balance up front. This will ensure your requested event date will be reserved. The remaining balance will be due one week prior to the event.

Will there be a charge for set up and break down time?
No!

How will you dress for our event?
Professional attire.   Black suit and tie. 

Can we have overtime if the event goes longer than anticipated?
Yes! Overtime is always available. It is offered in one hour increments and can be arranged near the end of the original contracted time.

Can we request songs?
Yes! You can be as detailed about your music selection as you want.  Remember we work for you! 

What if your equipment breaks down during our event?
No Problem.  We have back ups for each piece of equipment in our dj trailer. 

Do we tip the DJ?
If at the end of the night you feel we have surpassed your expectations and you would like to tip us, we would accept it as the utmost compliment.

Do you have a microphone that we can use?
A wireless microphone will be provided for any toasts or special occasions and announcements at NO additional charge.
